About the Brave Forum Retreat
This retreat is designed to connect you with the ancient wisdom inherent in the feminine experience, while also grounding you in your identity as a woman navigating this unique moment in history.
Imagine a world where the role of a woman harnessing her innate gifts, talents, and skills to empower her community's thriving stands as a cornerstone of society's well-being and collective success. A future where each woman recognizes that by nurturing her small corner of the world, she can create a meaningful Ripple Effect, contributing to a collective flourishing.
At this retreat, we aim to encourage more women to share their authentic selves with the world. It’s not about seeking external validation, but about embodying your true essence and recognizing the value of your contributions.
Together, we will begin a rich and meaningful exploration of what is calling you from deep within—that calling that might feel too small, yet is the beginning of your brave work in the world.
Join us on the majestic Oregon Coast for 6 days designed to help you foster courage in your small corner of the world

Our 6 Days Together
September 25: Arrival
Arrive late in the afternoon on day one to the sweet sound of the ocean and the start of something unfettered. Unpack, meet your community of braver women, walk the beach, enjoy a spread of welcoming things to eat, pour yourself a glass of wine or cup of tea, and settle in next to the fireplace.
September 26: Love Your Small Corner of the World
We begin our retreat together by reclaiming what truly lights us up and inspires our passions. This journey offers us the opportunity to reconnect with our inner selves and rediscover the joys that bring us fulfillment and energy. This is the doorway to loving our small corner of the world.
September 27: See It As Enough
We continue with a purposeful investigation of enough. We live in a world today that glorifies expansion, influence, and scale, which can leave many of us feeling that our small corner of the world is too small to enact a meaningful difference in. To realize our small corner is enough, and serve from this place, is service in its most exalted form. And this act will liberate our gifts so that they may be fully seen, shared, and benefited from.
September 28: Contemplative Practice
On day four of our retreat, immerse yourself in a full day dedicated to contemplation and self-care. Take this opportunity to reflect personally, embrace nature through hiking, or enjoy a serene walk along the beach. Prioritize your well-being by allowing time for restorative naps, engaging in creative expression through art, and exploring any other activities that resonate with you. This deliberate pause aims to nourish both your body and soul, creating the space necessary for rejuvenation and renewal.
September 29: Do It Full Out & Let Go
Our Ripple Effect becomes known only when we’re doing the work we’re truly called to do—but first, we must let go of any attachment to preconceived ideas of a better or preferred Ripple Effect. We close our retreat together by unhooking from expectations so that we can fully embody our small corners without overly fixating on what it will bring us in return.
September 30: Departure
Our final morning concludes with a delicious Pacific Northwest brunch. Close your retreat with intention and trust that what you’re taking home is new awareness, new friends, and a full belly, heart, and renewed mind.
Arrival is at 5 pm on September 25 and check-out is by 10 am on September 30. Each full retreat day includes group sessions of meditation, supportive tools, writing, coaching, wholesome food and drink, and more.
